37. Things that give me pause (#1)

Actually, this will be a multi-part segment. Because, gosh, there are still so many things I see in Stillwater that I don’t understand. Like this:

Why?  Just why? Is it amateur taxidermy? Is it a talisman against evil? Is it a warning to other squirrels? Why??!!
